WK Kellogg Co. sank after cutting its annual sales and profit outlook, pointing to weaker consumption in the first months of the year.

The company, owner of brands including Froot Loops and Frosted Flakes, said organic sales, which exclude currency changes and other items, will fall this year by as much as 3%. That’s larger than the roughly 1% decline forecast in February.
