Greg Guyett, the former co-head of HSBC Holdings Plc’s global investment banking arm, is set to leave the British lender within months, becoming the latest senior executive to exit in the wake of a firmwide restructuring.
The former JPMorgan Chase & Co. banker will leave HSBC at the end of July before joining the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development as first vice president and head of its client services group, according to a memo seen by Bloomberg News.
