Cargill Inc. reached a settlement with McDonald’s Corp. over antitrust claims by the fast-food giant, which has alleged price fixing by beef suppliers.

The agreement results in the dismissal of claims by McDonald’s against Cargill while the case “continues against other defendants,” the companies said in a joint statementBloomberg Terminal.
