A judge in Spain’s national court has opened an investigation to determine whether Monday’s countrywide blackout was a cyberattack.

As part of the preliminary investigation, Judge Jose Luis Calama, has demanded that the national cyber agency and the power grid operator present reports on how the blackout occurred. He also made a similar request to the national police.
