Royal Caribbean Hikes Outlook as Demand Defies Travel Slowdown

Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. raised its profit outlook for the year as cruise demand continues to defy the increasingly dire situation of the wider travel market.
Earnings are expected to be $14.55 to $15.55 per share this year, compared to a previous view of $14.35 to $14.65 per share, the company said in a statement. Analysts were projecting $14.78 per share.
