NV5 Attracts Takeover Interest From Rival Acuren

NV5 Global Inc., an engineering and inspection-services provider, has drawn takeover interest from rival Acuren Corp. in recent weeks, according to people familiar with the matter.

It isn’t clear whether NV5 is currently open to a tie-up with Acuren, the people said, asking not to be identified because the information is private. Other suitors could also emerge, they added.
