Two Dubai-based online property platforms are sounding out equity investors over the coming weeks, adding to a flurry of firms seeking to harness the city’s real estate boom.

Dubizzle Ltd., which operates classifieds websites popular with expatriates, is set to meet investors ahead of a potential initial public offering, according to people familiar with the matter. Competing online portal Property Finder has also been sounding out equity investors on a so-called “non-deal roadshow,” some of the people said, declining to be identified as the information is private.
