ServiceNow Inc. had its best day in more than a decade after giving an outlook for sales growth that topped analysts’ estimates, suggesting that software demand remains resilient even as the economy reels from the threat of tariffs.
Subscription revenue will be about $3.03 billion in the quarter ending in June, the company said Wednesday in a statement. For the full year, ServiceNow projected that those sales will be about $12.7 billion. Both forecasts narrowly topped analyst’ estimates. Subscription revenue makes up the bulk of the company’s sales.
