Fiber-Network Firm Zayo in Talks With Creditors to Extend Debt

Fiber-network firm Zayo Group Holdings Inc. is in confidential talks with a steering committee of lenders to amend and extend its existing debt, according to people familiar with the matter.

The discussions with the group, which is advised by Gibson Dunn & Crutcher and Houlihan Lokey, will also revolve around financing of the acquisition of Crown Castle’s fiber assets announced last month. The transaction is valuedBloomberg Terminal at about $4.25 billion.
