Equinor ASA suspended construction of its Empire Wind project off New York, complying with an order from US President Donald Trump.
“Immediate steps were taken by Empire and its contractors to initiate suspension,” Equinor said Thursday in a statement. The company is “considering its legal remedies, including appealing the order.”
