Bolivia’s credit score was lowered further into junk by Moody’s Ratings Thursday on a deepening balance of payments crisis and increased sovereign default risk.

The ratings firm cut the South American country to Ca from Caa3 with a stable outlook, according to a statement. The level is the second lowest and in line with Ukraine.
