KKR Is Said to Near Deal for OSTTRA for About $3 Billion

Buyout firm KKR & Co. is nearing a deal to buy post-trade services firm OSTTRA for about $3 billion, according to people familiar with the matter, showing that tariff-resilient companies can still be sold.
The New York-based firm is in advanced talks to buy OSTTRA, a joint venture controlled by CME Group Inc. and S&P Global Inc., after beating out other suitors, according to the people, who asked not to be identified as discussions are private. A deal could be announced as early as next week, they said.
