Shein secured approval from the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority for a planned initial public offering in London, Reuters reported, citing unidentified people with the matter.

The fast-fashion retailer has since informed the China Securities Regulatory Commission of the FCA’s consent but is yet to receive sign-off from the Chinese regulator for the proposed UK listing, Reuters reported Friday.
