Capgemini SE is in advanced talks to acquire outsourcing company WNS Holdings Ltd., people familiar with the matter said.
The France-based information technology provider has emerged as the most likely buyer for WNS after seeing off rival suitors, according to the people, who asked not to be identified discussing confidential information.
