Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said the nation is willing to buy the next tranche of military assistance from the US while it still awaits a reply from the White House on the prospects of it sending vital future war-aid lifelines.
Ukraine has requested aid from Washington worth $30 billion to $50 billion, and it’s willing to pay for it — either directly to US or as a contribution to the joint mineral deal fund which is yet to be created, Zelenskiy told reporters on Wednesday in the capital Kyiv.
