JPMorgan’s Campbell Global Nabs $2.3 Billion for Timber Bets

JPMorgan Chase & Co.’s timberland-focused investment platform Campbell Global has amassed $2.3 billion for new investments.

Campbell Global, part of JPMorgan Asset Management, closed on $1.5 billion for a vehicle known as Forest Climate Solutions Fund II LP, above its original target of $1 billion, Chief Executive Officer John Gilleland said in an interview. The platform raised an additional $800 million via separately managed accounts, he added.
