Hanwha Aerospace Shares Jump After Cutting Stock Offering Size

Hanwha Aerospace Co. shares surged after the South Korean defense company said it will slash its stock offering size.

The company will seek to raise 2.3 trillion won ($1.6 billion) from share sales, down from 3.6 trillion won, according to a regulatory filing Tuesday. Its shares jumped as much as 8.3%.
