Thoma Bravo is exploring expanding its Miami footprint and is in talks to move its office to the Design District from Brickell as it pursues more space, according to people with knowledge of the matter.
The technology-focused investment firm, led by Orlando Bravo, is exploring taking space in buildings including ‘The Ursa,’ a project being developed by Miami Design District Associates, said the people, who asked not to be identified discussing private information. Miami Design District Associates is a partnership between Craig Robins’ Dacra, L Catterton Real Estate and Brookfield Properties.
