Japan’s Suntory Holdings Ltd. could shift products to its home market and other Asian nations if President Donald Trump’s tariffs make its whiskeys prohibitively expensive in the US.

Trump on Wednesday imposed a 24% levy on Japanese imports as part of his rollout of the steepest American tariffs in a century.
