GV, Lightspeed Funding Lifts Redpanda to Unicorn Valuation

Artificial intelligence startup Redpanda Data Inc. has raised $100 million in a new funding round led by GV that values the startup at $1 billion.
Lightspeed Venture Partners also participated in the deal, which Redpanda announced Thursday. The funding doubles the startup’s valuation from its most recent financing in 2023.
