BofA Tech Banking Co-Head Ric Spencer Departs Bank

Bank of America Corp.’s co-head of global technology banking, Ric Spencer, has left the bank, according to people familiar with the matter.

Spencer, who was based in Palo Alto, California, left Bank of America to pursue other opportunities, the people said, requesting anonymity to discuss private matters. Johnny Williams, who worked alongside Spencer as co-head of global technology banking in Palo Alto, has been named sole head of the group, according to the people.
