GLP Pte Ltd. launched its first digital infrastructure-focused fund at 2.6 billion yuan ($360 million), as the firm bets big on the artificial intelligence boom.

The Singapore-based warehouse operator and developer’s newly launched fund aims to acquire a GLP developed data center and lease it to an unnamed e-commerce firm located in the greater Beijing region, according to a company press release Tuesday. Capital was raised from a pool of China-based and international institutional investors, the statement added.
