Buyout firm Bowmark Capital is exploring a sale of workforce management software developer Totalmobile, which could be valued at more than £500 million ($649 million) in a deal, according to people with knowledge of the matter.

Bowmark is working with Arma Partners on the potential transaction, said the people, who asked not to be identified as the information is private. A formal sale process may kick off later this year and Totalmobile could draw interest from other private equity firms and industry players, the people said.
