Russia’s oil exports fell sharply, with a three-day halt to loading activities at a key Pacific export terminal keeping weekly flows in check and driving four-week shipments lower.

Crude flows from all Russian ports in the four weeks to March 30 fell to 3.28 million barrels a day, seeing their biggest drop since the period to Feb. 9. The slump came despite a small uptick in weekly shipments.
