It’s official: Nassef Sawiris, Egypt’s richest person, has quit Britain.

The billionaire co-owner of Premier League football club Aston Villa is now listed as living in Italy after previously citing his residency in the UK, according to registry filings, the latest example of turmoil among Britain’s rich elite following local lawmakers curbing perks for living in the nation.
