Australia’s center-right opposition pledged to keep more natural gas in Australia to lower energy prices if they win the upcoming election, which is expected to be called for May 3.
Liberal Party leader Peter Dutton kicked off his pitch for the country’s top job in a budget reply speech Thursday night, promising to lower cost-of-living by cutting migration, making energy cheaper and reducing the size of the government.
