Chinese Stocks Show Signs of Rotation From Small-Caps to Large

A selloff in Chinese small-cap stocks extended on Monday, as investor concerns rise over earnings in riskier corners of the market.
China’s CSI 2000 Index of smaller shares slumped 1.9% and closed at the lowest level in three weeks. The CSI 300 Index of larger companies, by contrast, rose 0.5% — outperforming its small-cap peer by the most since early January.
