The new headquarters of payments company Wise Plc has been put up for sale by the developer behind the project, the latest sign that sellers are becoming more confident in a London office market recovery.

HB Reavis has appointed broker CBRE Group Inc. to market Worship Square at 65 Clifton Street, a modernized office development in London’s trendy Shoreditch district, people with knowledge of the plan said. No guide price has been set for the 140,000 square foot (13,006 square meters) building, but bids well in excess of £200 million ($259 million) are expected, the people said, asking not to be identified as the process is not public.
