Lithuanian President Gitanas Nauseda said the Baltic nation is prepared to deploy troops as part of a post-ceasefire mission to Ukraine as European allies grapple with how to maintain support for Kyiv.

“My country is ready to provide the necessary support,” the head of state said in an interview with Bloomberg Television in Brussels on Friday. “We are talking about very concrete numbers of our military troops, but there should be commitment from all countries in this coalition to provide this support.”
