H&F Picks Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley for Verisure IPO

Private equity firm Hellman & Friedman has selected banks to lead the initial public offering of security group Verisure, potentially one of the largest listings in Europe in recent years, people familiar with the matter said.

Goldman Sachs Group Inc. and Morgan Stanley have been tapped as global coordinators for the listing, according to the people, who asked not to be identified as the information is private.
