New York University’s top-ranked basketball teams have a chance to make history this week.

The women’s and men’s squads from the Greenwich Village university are each headed to the 2025 NCAA Division III Final Four, with a shot to become the first school to win both national titles at that level in the same year. In Division I, only the University of Connecticut has completed that feat, doing it in 2004 and 2014.
