Electronic components maker Guangzhou Shiyuan Electronic Technology Co. is considering a second listing in Hong Kong, according to people familiar with the matter, adding to a flurry of such share sales in the city.
CVTE, as the company is known, has invited banks to pitch for a role in the possible share sale, the people said, asking not to be identified because the information isn’t public.
