Pavel Durov, chief executive officer of the Telegram messaging app, has been allowed to leave France for several weeks, Agence France-Press reported, citing sources who weren’t identified.
Durov, 40, was charged by French prosecutors in August in connection to crimes committed on the app, including the distribution of sexually explicit images of children. He’s denied the charges.
