US Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard launched a formal investigation into leaks and widened a probe into the chatrooms and information-sharing platforms used by the intelligence community, her office said Friday.

Gabbard, posting on X, said recent examples of unauthorized leaks included sharing information with media outlets on Israel and Iran, the US-Russia relationship, and activities within the intelligence community, without providing specific examples.
