Boeing Co. and US prosecutors said they’re still working to finalize a revised deal to settle a criminal case against the planemaker stemming from two fatal 737 Max crashes, three months after an earlier plan was blocked by a judge because it included a provision related to diversity, equity and inclusion.

In a court filing on Friday, the government said the two sides need more time to decide on next steps in the case following leadership changes within the Justice Department since Donald Trump became president in January. They told the judge they’ll provide a status report on talks by April 11.
