Korean Air unveiled a new corporate logo and aircraft livery as part of a wide-ranging brand refresh following its acquisition of local rival Asiana Airlines Inc. that has created Asia’s second-biggest airline group.
The South Korean carrier presented a Boeing 787-10 with its new logo featuring a blue taegeuk symbol at a press event in Seoul Tuesday, the airline’s first design change since 1984. The carrier is also making major changes to its in-flight menus for first time in 15 years, adding fine-dining options and a greater variety of dishes.
