ServiceNow to Buy AI Startup Moveworks for Nearly $3 Billion

ServiceNow Inc. has agreed to buy artificial intelligence firm Moveworks for $2.85 billion as part of its push into AI tools that can complete tasks without human supervision.
The acquisition, ServiceNow’s largest yet, was announced in a statement Monday that confirmed an earlier Bloomberg News report. The cash-and-stock deal is expected to close in the second half of 2025, SerivceNow said in the statement.
