Investigators are looking into whether the school system engaged in discrimination against professors, staff and other employees by “allowing an antisemitic hostile work environment to exists on its campuses.” The government is basing its investigation on Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, which bars employment discrimination based on race, color, national origin, sex and religion, according to the Justice Department.
