UK House Price Growth Picks Up in February, Nationwide Says

UK house prices rose again in February, according to Nationwide Building Society, as the property market remains resilient to tough economic conditions and looming tax rises.

The average price of a home climbed 0.4% compared with the previous month, to £270,493 ($340,290), beating economists’ expectations of a 0.2% rise.
