Julius Baer Group Ltd. said it’s nominating ex-HSBC Holdings Plc Chief Executive Officer Noel Quinn as its next chairman, in a high-profile win for the Swiss private bank.
Julius Baer’s board of directors will nominate Quinn, 63, at the bank’s annual general meeting in April, according to a Friday statement.
