Eastdil Secured hired BDT & MSD Partners to advise the firm on potential strategic partnerships and growth initiatives, according to a memo seen by Bloomberg News.
Eastdil said it’s tapping BDT & MSD for its advice as it seeks to “best position the firm for an environment of accelerating transactions,” Eastdil’s executive committee wrote in the memo sent to senior staff Thursday.
