Tottenham Hotspur’s Daniel Levy is the Premier League’s longest-serving chairman and arguably one of its most successful owners. Under his stewardship, Spurs built a state-of-the art stadium in London and became one of the sport’s coveted assets, despite winning little on the pitch.
Yet the man who has made the club such an attractive acquisition target is also a reason why no buyer has so far emerged, according to people familiar with the talks on a potential sale.
