New Zealand media company NZME may separate its OneRoof property unit to extract more value for shareholders.
A strategic review has begun that will encompass “the potential separation of OneRoof to enable raising external capital, either public or private, to surface its value,” Auckland-based NZME said Wednesday. The review by investment bank Jarden Group will also look at potential pathways to value recognition and monetization, consolidation opportunities and ways to accelerate OneRoof’s growth, NZME said.
