Billionaire Ken Griffin has added another luxury home to his collection, buying an apartment in one of Manhattan’s most exclusive co-op buildings.

The Citadel founder paid $45 million for a duplex at 740 Park Ave. that had been owned by Julia Koch, the widow of billionaire businessman David Koch, according to people familiar with the matter.
