The US Justice Department plans to formally dismiss a long-stalled administrative complaint accusing Elon Musk’s SpaceX of discriminating against refugees in hiring, according to a court filing.
The action was brought in 2023 while Joe Biden was president, but it was blocked by a federal judge in Texas from proceeding while the company challenged the department’s administrative authority.
