The leading party in Estonia’s government is polling its lowest in 21 years, as the consequences of the war in Ukraine weigh on the Baltic country’s struggling economy.

Prime Minister Kristen Michal’s Reform Party was supported by just 14% of those surveyed in the Kantar Emor poll over the past week, its poorest result since 2004. The two other parties in the ruling coalition were even less popular.
