Revolut Ltd. vowed it would continue allowing employees to work from home even after construction finishes on its new offices in London’s Canary Wharf neighborhood, bucking a trend among finance firms ordering more workers back to the office.

Chief Executive Officer Nik Storonsky offered a preview of how the new office will look, according to a memo to staff seen by Bloomberg. The company announced last year it would be moving into four floors in the YY London building in May, a move that will increase its office footprint by 40% to 113,000 square feet.
