Shares of Kura Sushi Inc., an operator of conveyor-belt sushi restaurants in Japan, are set to surge after the company said that it will resume offering perks to investors.

The shares were bid at ¥3,090 as of 12:30 p.m. in Tokyo, compared with the previous day’s close of ¥2,590.
