Philippine Vice President Sara Duterte has asked the Supreme Court to nullify the impeachment complaint against her, as the embattled politician challenges efforts to oust her.
Duterte filed the petition on Tuesday, when her supporters also made a separate submission asking the court to void the impeachment case, a spokesperson for the court said on Wednesday.
