The set menu offers great value for a business lunch in the Central district.

Like a modern-day Napoleon, chef Vicky Cheng is conquering Wellington Street. After achieving success with Chinese-French restaurant Vea and Wing, he has opened a new spot with a more international cuisine on the same street called Medora.

Entering the restaurant, I was reminded of a chic grandma’s living room — in a good way! Beige and light pink walls, adorned with big and wide windows and several large mirrors, help to create a cozy atmosphere. The furniture, tableware and silverware are all very classic. Ambient music was present but not too loud, and the service was extremely courteous from the moment we stepped inside.
